Thank you for the excellent cleaning done to my carpet. Sometimes, it’s hard to imagine the amount of dirt and grime in your carpet until the cleaning is done. My whole house smells and looks cleaner and fresher.
Mr. Clark showed up, gave an estimate, and went right to work. He worked almost non-stop until he finished, and the carpet looks almost new. I had thought about going with a chain outfit since I don’t live around Salisbury and didn’t really know who to choose, but I took a chance with these guys. Price was certainly reasonable. He paid special detail to little stains and dirt you might not even normally see. I’d highly recommend these people. My realtor couldn’t believe the improvement when she saw the difference in the carpets on the day we listed it.
Robert did an outstanding job cleaning our tile floors and carpet. My wife was surprised and very happy! What a difference. The grout actually looks new again. Highly recommended with reasonable prices, too! They will be my carpet and tile cleaners from now on.

We purchased a home and had Aaron come clean the carpets before moving in. He did a fantastic job, and then we had him come back and clean the tile and grout of which there was a lot. The grout mostly was returned to its original color (found in some closets and corners of the pantry). He also sealed the grout to help us keep it looking pristine. Aaron called to state that he was running early & if that would be ok; he was polite, courteous, and respectful of our home while completing the work. He cleaned the carpets in our home as well as a runner and area rug.
This rug cleaning was almost too easy! The pick-up and the delivery were a bonus! The hard part was telling the dog to wait for her walk a bit until the rug was picked up. It was done in a week!

This is the second time Salisbury Rug & Carpet Cleaning has cleaned my carpets. This time, I added my two area rugs. Always a great job, but this time was especially important since one of my five cats has had issues with urinating outside his litter box. Aaron used pre-enzymes, cleaned, and a post-enzyme with a nice and light fragrance. The carpet is fresh and clean, and the rugs look new! I highly recommend them for the fantastic job they do, their professionalism, and understanding pet issues!

They are an amazing, family-owned company. They have cleaned my carpets and upholstery several times, and I have always been pleased with the service. If there is ever a spot left after the carpet dries, the owner, Aaron, comes to retouch it free of charge. Very reasonably priced, too.

Professional, on time, reasonable, and thorough! After years of buildup, I couldn’t keep my tile floors clean, no matter how much or how often I washed them. Our house was vacant for a year before we bought it, and the previous owner was a heavy smoker. We scrubbed everything and used several different deodorizers and carpet fresheners but that smell never fully went away.
